Are your products Gluten and Dairy Free?
Yes. Our products are completely Gluten and Dairy Free. The factory where our products are made have thorough cleaning processes and periodic checks in place to make sure there is no cross contamination.
What is collagen?
Collagen is one of the most important proteins in the body and is a primary building block of skin, hair, nails, bones, joints and tendons. It is derived from the skin and bones of animals. We use marine-based collagen (fish bones and scales) which is considered to be a superior source of Type I collagen. Whilst there are numerous types of collagen, Type I collagen is the most effective source of collagen that assists in the repair of skin, hair, nails and joints ligaments. Type I collagen is also more easily absorbed by the body.
What is marine collagen made from?
We utilise marine collagen derived from the scales and bones of Red Snapper fish.
What type of probiotic do you use?
Nourish + Repair uses Lactobacillus acidophilus for its probiotic component.
Can I use Nourish + Repair as a meal replacement?
We do not recommend consuming Nourish + Repair on its own as a meal replacement. It should be consumed as part of a well balanced diet and can be combined with other ingredients to form a holistic meal (see our blog for some great smoothie recipes!). We encourage you to consult your healthcare professional about an optimal diet suited to your health needs.
Are there any side effects from consuming Nourish + Repair?
Our products contain only natural dried foods. We have a full disclosure policy, so there are no hidden ingredients. Of course our products should not be taken by anyone with an allergy or intolerance to any ingredient. As nature intended, the growing plants may have come into contact with bees, therefore our products may contain traces of bee pollen.
Can I take your products if I am pregnant or breastfeeding?
When pregnant or breastfeeding it is important to give yourself and your baby a wide variety of nutrients. Although there are no specific contraindications for any individual ingredient in our products, we suggest you consult with your healthcare professional before taking our products.

Where can I buy Nourished Nutrition products?
Although we stock a number of independent gyms and pharmacies, for now the easiest place to buy our products is in our online store. Our products are best stored in a cool, dry place. There is no refrigeration needed.
