Although kiwifruit are generally available year round, they are at their freshest between March and June and make a delicious and healthy snack or dessert alternative. Kiwifruit smoothie recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 4 fresh kiwi, peeled and chopped
  • 1 scoop Nourish + Repair Vanilla powder
  • 5-6 mint leaves
  • 1 tsp honey

To serve

  • Sliced strawberries
  • Chia seeds
  • Coconut flakes

Method
