This sweet summer dessert using seasonal Australian mangoes is healthy, colourful, and easy to make so do yourself a favour and give it a go!
1 cup mango, frozen & diced
1/2 scoop Vanilla Nourish + Repair
100 ml Almond Milk
1/2 teaspoon rice malt syrup
Fresh raspberries, to serve
1. In a nutribullet or blender, place the frozen mango, Nourish + Repair, almond milk and rice malt syrup. Blend until pureed and light
2. Place in a glass or serving bowl and top with raspberries or fruit of your choosing.
