Over the last few months we have been following Amy's progression with Nourish + Repair. A busy mum with two young children to look after, Amy has been making an effort to take the time out for herself and ensure she is focusing on her health and wellness which isn't always easy!

Amy says:

"So, a few months in and I feel like the collagen in Nourish + Repair is making a huge difference. My skin feels heaps younger and it’s made a huge difference to my confidence. Overall, I’m less tired, training the house down and I’ve dropped 4kg and made some good lean muscle mass gains!

My meal plan hasn’t really changed, but I’m finding I want to eat healthier and my general eating has been really consistent! My daily meals look a bit like this:
Breakfast: either a smoothie, or a smoothie bowl made on nourish and repair
Morning tea: a piece of fruit, a carrot and hummus dip
Lunch: either leftover dinner or a nice big salad- I’m loving a broccoli, carrot and apple salad with a natural yoghurt and lemon dressing, or pumpkin, spinach and pine nuts, with pepitas and cranberries!
Dinner: with kids, dinner has to be pretty standard and carb based- either a lasagna, risotto, chicken and veggies, butter chicken, or tacos or something, but I’ve decreased my portion sizes right down and generally try and skip too much of the heavy stuff!"
